Set Condition

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2014 Dodge Journey. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

This DTC will set disabling AHR activation only for the amount of time the transmission position indicates a reverse state. Supply voltage is 9 to 16 volts. Airbag warning light (AWL) will be illuminated due to no PRNDL message DTC. The PRNDL message is required by the ORC to disable the active head rests when in reverse. An active fault indicates the message is not being received by the ORC for a minimum of 2.5 seconds.
