Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC
1. Turn the TGW on and place it in satellite mode.
2. With the scan tool, read the Telematics Gateway (TGW) DTCs.
  Does the scan tool display active: B157C-00-SATELLITE REGION MISMATCH - REST OF WORLD?
  
  Yes
  - Go To 2
  No
  - Test Complete.
CHECK THE TELEMATICS GATEWAY (TGW)
1. With the scan tool, verify the TGW is programmed for the proper country code.
  Does the scan tool display a country code of other than US or Canada?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the TGW in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to MODULE, TELEMATICS GATEWAY, REMOVAL .
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  No
  - Verify the vehicle configuration.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
