2.0L Diesel

- Position new gasket (3) onto the diesel particulate filter (DPF) flange (2).
- Position the cross-under pipe (5) into its position onto the DPF flange (2).
- Install the front flange mounting nuts (4). Tighten nuts to 27 N.m (250 in. lbs.).
- Install the rear flange bolt (5). Tighten bolt to 30 N.m (22 ft. lbs.).
- Install the down pipe (1) onto the cross-under pipe (3). Tighten the pipe clamp (2) to 50 N.m (37 ft. lbs.).
- Check for clearance of the exhaust to body.
- If equipped, install the lower engine bellypan shield.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
