- Install fuel line quick connect fitting (3) to fuel rail. Refer to FITTING, QUICK CONNECT .
- Install fuel line quick connect fitting (2) to body mounted fuel line bundle. Refer to FITTING, QUICK CONNECT .
- Engage fuel line retainer to valve cover mounting stud.
- Connect the negative battery cable, tighten the nut to 5 N.m (45 in. lbs.).
- Use the scan tool ASD Fuel System Test to pressurize the fuel system. Check for leaks.
- Install engine cover.
