Possible Causes
REAR BLOWER SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
SIGNAL GROUND CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
SIGNAL GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN
REAR A/C HEATER CONTROL
A/C HEATER CONTROL

Always perform the HVAC Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  STANDARD PROCEDURE  .
