Housing, Coolant Outlet: Removal: Removal

3 - COOLANT OUTLET CONNECTOR
WARNING:

Do not remove pressure cap with the system hot and under pressure because serious burns from coolant can occur.

  1. Drain cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  2. Disconnect engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
  3. Disconnect hoses at coolant outlet connector.
  4. Remove bolts attaching coolant outlet connector.
  5. Remove coolant outlet connector.
