NOTE:

When installing accessory drive belt, be sure belt is routed around all accessories correctly.

Install belt over all pulleys.
CAUTION:
Do not let the tensioner arm snap back to the freearm position, severe damage may occur to the tensioner.
Using a wrench, rotate the cam tensioner (5) until the locking pin can be removed from the tensioner (8).
Check the belt for proper alignment.

Install the lower belt splash shield (2).

Install the Inner fender splash shield (1).
Install the right side front wheel.
Lower vehicle from hoist.
Connect the negative battery cable.
