When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Engine is running but in a fuel shutoff decel condition.
- Engine speed between 1248 RPM and 1344 RPM.
- Vehicle speed between 40 mph and 75 mph.
- Brake Switch 1 is off (i.e. not pressed).
- ECT Sensor above 60°C (140°F).
