When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

Shortly after engine start up.
Fuel level above 12%.
Battery voltage above 11.0 volts.
No active Bank 2 Fuel Injector, Ignition Coil, or Upstream O2 Sensor circuit faults.
