Valve, Exhaust Gas RECIRCULATION (EGR) Airflow Control: Installation: Installation

Remove the (special tool #10368, Set, Universal Protective Cap) from intake manifold opening.
Clean the gasket surface areas.
Install a new O-ring gasket (1).

Install EGR air control valve (2). Tighten bolts (1) to 11 N.m (97 in. lbs.).

Connect air control valve harness (1).
Connect air tube to air control valve and securely tighten clamp.
Connect the negative battery cable.
