When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:
- Enable Conditions:
- Engine off time greater than 480 minutes.
- Test Conditions:
- DTCs P0071, P0116, P1115 are not active.
- Vehicle speed above 30 mph.
- Ambient temperature, intake air temperature, and coolant temperature are all above -64°C (-83.2°F).
