When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Closed loop fuel control.
- Engine run time greater than one minute.
- Engine coolant temperature above 70°C (158°F).
- Engine speed above 1500 RPM.
- Vehicle speed above 138.2 km/h (59 mph).
- Catalytic Converter temperature between 500°C and 850°C (932°F and 1562°F).
- During a decel fuel shutoff event, the Downstream Oxygen Sensor should switch from rich to lean within a specific time.
