Lamp - Domestic

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Remove the grille panel from the front of the vehicle. Refer to GRILLE, REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the four screws (4) that secure the retainer (3) and the headlamp unit (2) to the mounting collar (1) on the face of the front end module carrier.
  4. Pull the retainer and the headlamp unit away from the front of the vehicle far enough to access the wiring connection on the back of the lamp housing.
  5. Disconnect the engine compartment wire harness connector from the headlamp bulb connector receptacle.
  6. Remove the headlamp unit from the vehicle.
