Lamp - Export

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Remove the license plate from the rear bumper cover (1).
  3. Reach under and behind the rear bumper to access and disconnect the license plate lamp pigtail wire harness connector (2) from the body wire harness.
  4. Remove the two screws (3) that secure the rear license plate lamp unit (4) to the rear bumper cover.
  5. Pull the license plate lamp unit away from the rear bumper cover far enough to disengage the pigtail wire harness from the clearance hole.
  6. Remove the bracket and lamp unit from the rear bumper cover.
