CAUTION:

Do not use a hammer to remove wheel studs.

  1. Raise and support vehicle.
  2. Remove wheel and tire assembly.
  3. Remove brake caliper, caliper adapter and rotor. Refer to ROTOR, BRAKE, REMOVAL .
  4. Remove stud (2) from hub with Remover (special tool #C-4150A, Press, Ball Joint) A (1).
