TENSIONER, Belt: Installation: 3.6L

  1. Position the tensioner arm onto the engine front cover. Tighten bolt (1) to 33 N.m (24 ft. lbs.).
  2. Align the hydraulic belt tensioner strut to the engine front cover and install the bolt (4). Tighten bolt to 23 N.m (17 ft. lbs.).
  3. Install drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, INSTALLATION .
