Gas Exhaust Y-Pipe

- Install the exhaust Y-pipe (11). Tighten the bolts (9 and 10) to 26 N.m (19 ft. lbs.).
- Install the exhaust pipe. Refer to PIPE, EXHAUST, INSTALLATION .
- Make sure the exhaust pipe/exhaust system is aligned and has the proper clearance. The minimum clearance is 25 mm (1 inch). Make the necessary adjustments, if needed.
- Start the engine and inspect for leaks. Repair exhaust leaks as necessary.
- Check the exhaust system for contact with the body panels. Make the necessary adjustments, if needed.
