Pressure Hose

  1. Position the pressure hose to the vehicle.
  2. Install the Pressure hose (2) at the gear and tighten the tube nut to 28 N.m (21 ft. lbs.).

  3. Install the pressure hose (2) at the pump and tighten the tube nut (1) to 31 N.m (23 ft. lbs.).
  4. Install the pressure hose routing clip retainers and tighten to 7 N.m (62 in. lbs.).
  5. Reinstall the coolant bottle back into position.
  6. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  7. Check for leaks.
  8. Install the air box assembly. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION .
