Pressure Hose

- Position the pressure hose to the vehicle.
- Install the Pressure hose (2) at the gear and tighten the tube nut to 28 N.m (21 ft. lbs.).
- Install the pressure hose (2) at the pump and tighten the tube nut (1) to 31 N.m (23 ft. lbs.).
- Install the pressure hose routing clip retainers and tighten to 7 N.m (62 in. lbs.).
- Reinstall the coolant bottle back into position.
- Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Check for leaks.
- Install the air box assembly. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION .
