Diagnostic Test

VERIFY THE DTC IS ACTIVE

Turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, read active DTCs.
Is this DTC active?

Yes
- Refer to NO RESPONSE FROM ICS (INTEGRATED CENTER STACK) and perform the NO RESPONSE FROM ICS (INTEGRATED CENTER STACK) diagnostic procedure.
No
- Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS and perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure.
