Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC

NOTE:

Make sure the battery voltage is between 10.0 and 16.0 volts before proceeding.

With the scan tool, read DTCs and record on the repair order.
Is the DTC active or pending?

Yes
- Refer to NO RESPONSE FROM RFH (RADIO FREQUENCY HUB) MODULE and perform the Lost Communication with RF Hub diagnostic procedure.
No
- Perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure. Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS .
