2.0L Diesel

NOTE:
Use coolant on the seals of the thermostat housing so the seals wont become damaged and to help aid in installation.
- Install the thermostat onto the EGR coolant flow control valve (3).
- Install the thermostat housing. Tighten the bolts (1) to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
- Install the upper radiator hose (3) onto the thermostat housing (2).
- Install the coolant hose (1) to the thermostat housing (2).
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Run the engine to operating temperature, check for leaks and proper operation.
