Exhaust Temperature Sensor 1/1

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the engine cover (1).

Disconnect the upstream exhaust temperature sensor 1/1 wire harness connector (1).

NOTE:
The heat shield is removed for clarity.
Detach the upstream exhaust temperature sensor 1/1 wire (1) from heat shield (2).
Detach the upstream exhaust temperature sensor 1/1 wire harness connector (3) from bracket (4).
Remove the upstream exhaust temperature sensor 1/1 (5).
