Exhaust Temperature Sensor 1/1

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine cover (1).

  3. Disconnect the upstream exhaust temperature sensor 1/1 wire harness connector (1).

    NOTE:

    The heat shield is removed for clarity.

  4. Detach the upstream exhaust temperature sensor 1/1 wire (1) from heat shield (2).
  5. Detach the upstream exhaust temperature sensor 1/1 wire harness connector (3) from bracket (4).
  6. Remove the upstream exhaust temperature sensor 1/1 (5).
