Liftgate Opening

Fig 1: Low Frequency (LF) Antenna, Two Screws & Two Plastic Nuts

Check to be certain that the two plastic nuts (1) are in good condition and properly installed in the lower liftgate opening cross member.
Position the Low Frequency (LF) antenna (2) onto the lower liftgate opening cross member.
Install and tighten the two screws (3) that secure the LF antenna to the two plastic nuts in the cross member. Tighten the screws securely.
Reconnect the wire harness connector (4) to the connector receptacle for the LF antenna.
Reinstall the rear fascia onto the vehicle. Refer to FASCIA, REAR, INSTALLATION .
Reconnect the battery negative cable.
