The third row intrusion module sensor is attached to the third row seating overhead lamp retainer lever and is available for separate service replacement.
- Disconnect and isolate the negative cable from the battery.
- Remove the third row seating overhead lamp (1) from the headliner. Refer to LAMP, DOME, READING, REMOVAL .
- Access the intrusion module sensor transducer on the inside surface of the overhead lamp retainer lever (2) and rotate it counterclockwise about 30 degrees to disengage it from the receptacle.
- Disconnect the intrusion module sensor pigtail wire from the jumper wire harness above the headliner and remove the sensor.
