Tube, Fuel Tank Filler: Removal: Fwd

- Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable.
- Remove fuel cap.
- Remove the left rear wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, REAR WHEELHOUSE, REMOVAL .
- Disconnect the quick connect fitting (1) and remove the canister filter line. Refer to FITTING, QUICK CONNECT .
- Disengage the Christmas tree clip (2).
- Disconnect the quick connect fitting (3) and remove the recirculation line. Refer to FITTING, QUICK CONNECT .
- Loosen the hose clamp (4) and remove the fuel filler tube (5) from the fuel tank.
1 - Filler tube mounting bracket bolt 2 - Filler tube mounting bracket 3 - Filler tube mounting bracket body mount - Remove filler tube mounting bracket bolt (1) from bracket (2) and body mount (3).
