Diagnostic Test

RADIO 

1. Replace the problem CD with a good, clean, unscratched, music CD.
2. Turn the Radio CD player on.
3. With the scan tool, read DTCs.

   Does the scan tool display: B1421 AUDIO CD READ ERROR/INOPERABLE DISC?

   Yes 

   • Eject the inoperative CD and replace the Radio in accordance with the Service Information.
   • Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .

   No 

   • Test Complete.
   • Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
