Diagnostic Test

VERIFY DTC IS ACTIVE 

  1. Cycle the ignition on.
  2. With the scan tool, read the active DTCs.

    Does the scan tool display: U0018-00-CAN INTERIOR BUS as Active?

    Yes 

    • Refer to  DTC INDEX  and perform the U0010-00 CAN Interior Bus diagnostic procedure.

    No 

    • Refer to  DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING  and perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure.
