Front Output Shaft Seal - Installation

INSTALLATION

Special Tools:



















1. Install new front output seal in front case with Seal Installer (2) and Universal Handle (1).










2. Install yoke seal (2) on front output shaft (1).










3. Install yoke (2) on front output shaft. Install a new yoke nut onto the front output shaft.










4. Using Spanner Wrench (2), tighten the yoke nut to 176-271 Nm (130-200 ft. lbs.) torque.
5. Install propeller shaft. Drive Shaft - Installation
