Tie Rod Tube

TIE ROD TUBE





1. Thread the tie rod tube onto the adjuster.





2. Install the tie rod in the steering knuckle.
3. Tighten the ball stud nut (3) on the steering knuckle to 85 Nm (63 ft. lbs.).





4. Position the tie rod clamp (2) and tighten to 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the tire and wheel assembly.
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Set wheel toe, Service and Repair.
