Engine Coolant Thermostat - Removal

3.8L ENGINE










1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove air filter housing Air Cleaner Body - Removal.
3. Drain cooling system down below the thermostat level. Cooling System
4. Disconnect throttle body electrical connector (3).
5. Remove radiator upper hose at thermostat housing (2).
6. Remove thermostat housing bolts (1) and thermostat housing (2).










7. Remove thermostat (2) from thermostat housing (1).
8. Clean both sealing surfaces.
