Water Pump Inlet Tube Elbow - Removal

WATER INLET ELBOW - REMOVAL





1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the thermostat assembly (2) Engine Coolant Thermostat - Removal.





3. Remove the lower oil cooler supply hose (4) located below the water inlet tube (5).





4. Remove the water inlet tube mounting bolts (1).
5. Remove the water inlet tube from the backside of the water pump and discard O-ring seal.
