INSTALLATION




4 DOOR EXPLODED VIEW





1. Install the sport bars (1) and (8) into the B-pillar. Install the B-pillar (10) and rear bolts (9).
2. Install the rear cross bar (2), the brackets (3) and (6) and the bolts (4).
3. Install the side bars (11) and (13). Install the windshield frame bolts (12).
4. Install the front cross bar (14), the brackets (15) and the bolts (5).
5. Tighten the B-pillar (10) and rear bolts (9), to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
6. Tighten the cross bar bolts (4) and (5), to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
7. Tighten the windshield frame bolts to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
8. Install the sport bar covers. Sport Bar Cover - Installation.
9. Install the B-pillar trim. B-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.
