Traction Control Switch: Description and Operation

NOTE: The Electronic Stability Control (ESC) may also be referred to as Electronic Stability Program (ESP) depending on the vehicle model year and configuration. Certain components may also reference ESP, ESC, or use the traction control symbol.

The Electronic Stability Control (ESC) switch (5) is located in the center stack (1) of the instrument panel. If the switch is damaged or inoperative the complete accessory switch bank assembly must be replaced.
