REMOVAL

60/40 Seat Back - 40





1. Remove the 40% seat cushion and cover Seat Cushion Cover - Removal.
2. Slide the 40% seat back assembly (2) off of the inner seat bracket pivot shaft (1).

1. Using Trim Remover C-4829A or equivalent, remove the five lower push pin fasteners (4).
2. Using Trim Remover C-4829A or equivalent, separate the eight push pin fasteners (3) and remove the seat back panel (2).





3. Separate the seat back cover (1, 2) from the seat back frame.





4. Remove the seat back hinge bolts (1) from the seat back hinges and remove the seat back assembly.
