Reservoir, Power Steering Pump - Removal






5.7L AND DIESEL





1. Siphon the power steering reservoir.
2. Remove the supply hose spring clamp and hose (2) from the reservoir (5).
3. Remove the hose (1) to the fluid cooler from the reservoir (5).





4. Lift the reservoir (1) straight upwards out of the mounting slot.

NOTE: Careful not to cut the hose when removing the crimp clamp. If the hose is cut or damaged the hose must be replaced do not reuse.

5. Remove the return hose crimp clamp and discard the clamp then remove the hose (3) from the reservoir (1).
6. Remove the reservoir (1).
