Reservoir, Power Steering Pump - Installation

5.7L AND DIESEL

NOTE: Careful not to cut the hose when removing the crimp clamp. If the hose is cut or damaged the hose must be replaced do not reuse.





1. Connect the lower return hose and a new crimp clamp (3) to the reservoir (1).
2. Install the reservoir (1) into the mounting slot.





3. Connect the cooler to reservoir hose (1) to the reservoir (5).
4. Connect the supply hose (2) and spring clamp from the pump to the reservoir.
5. Add power steering fluid Power Steering System Bleeding.
