Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
(N112) RAD FAN RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE
(N112) RAD FAN RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
MED/HIGH RAD FAN RELAY
SERIES/PARALLEL RAD FAN RELAY
TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (TIPM)

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Powertrain Control (PCM) - Standard Procedure  .
