Throttle Body - Removal

5.7L - V-8





1. Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable from battery.
2. Remove air duct and air resonator box at throttle body.
3. Disconnect electrical connector at throttle body (3).
4. Remove four throttle body mounting bolts (2).
5. Remove throttle body from intake manifold.




6. Check condition of throttle body o-ring (2).
