- When Monitored:
With the ignition switch on.





Diagnostic Test

1. KEY NOT PROGRAMMED
Turn the ignition on.
Using a scan tool, attempt to program the key(s) into the WIN.
Was the programming of the key(s) successful?

Yes

- Programming of the key(s) were successful. Test complete.
- Perform the WIN VERIFICATION TEST. Vehicle Theft Security Verification Tests

No

- Replace the ignition key and attempt to program it into the WIN. If the DTC resets, replace and program the Wireless Ignition Node.

NOTE: If this vehicle is equipped with a Steering Column Lock Module, it must be replaced along with the WIN.
