Cluster Bulb
CAUTION:
Always use the correct bulb size and type for replacement. An incorrect bulb size or type may overheat and cause damage to the instrument cluster, the electronic circuit board or the gauges.
NOTE:
This procedure applies to each of the incandescent cluster illumination lamp and bulb holder units.
- Align the bulb holder and bulb (2) with the keyed opening in the circuit board of the instrument cluster (1).
- Insert the bulb holder and bulb straight into the circuit board until the bulb holder is firmly seated.
- Rotate the bulb holder clockwise about thirty degrees on the circuit board to lock it into place.
- Reinstall the instrument cluster onto the instrument panel. See INSTALLATION .
- Reconnect the battery negative cable.
