Section 540 (Body - Interior & Exterior): Seats: Adjusters-Front: Removal: Manual

Remove the spring clip.

Squeeze the towel bar together and pull the towel bar out of the left and right seat tracks.

Remove the bolts (1 & 4), nuts (6) and spacers (2) and separate the side member assembly (3) from the length adjuster assembly (5).
