Section 540 (Body - Interior & Exterior): Liftgate: Glass: Installation

Position liftgate on vehicle.
Install hinge bolts. Center liftgate. Tighten hinge bolts to 7 N.m (60 in. lbs.).
Open and support liftgate.
Install support cylinders (3) (Refer to BODY/DECKLID/HATCH/LIFTGATE/TAILGATE/SUPPORT CYLINDER - INSTALLATION) .

connect heated glass electrical connector (2).
Adjust liftgate as necessary (Refer to BODY/DECKLID/HATCH/LIFTGATE/TAILGATE/FLIP-UP GLASS - ADJUSTMENTS) .
