Pressure Line - Fan To Pump

  1. Install the pressure line(5) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the pressure line (5) at the hydraulic cooling fan filter (2).
  3. Reconnect the electrical connector (6) for the pressure switch (1).
  4. Install the front skid plate.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Install the pressure line at the pump Tighten to 28 N.m (21 ft.lbs.).
  7. Fill the system with power steering fluid.
  8. Bleed the DHS system using a scan tool (Refer to STEERING/PUMP - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
