Fluid Cooler - 5.7L & Diesel

  1. Install the fluid cooler (5) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the two fluid cooler mounting bolts (4).
  3. Install the hood latch brackets.

  4. Install the power steering cooler lines (3) to the fluid cooler (4).
  5. Refill the power steering fluid and bleed the system, (Refer to STEERING/PUMP - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
  6. Start engine and check for leaks.

  7. Install the grille and the 6 grille push pins (1).
  8. Install the hood weather-strip seal (2) at the radiator cowl.
