Spare Tire Winch: Removal

NOTE:
"Do NOT use impact tools on the Spare Tire Winch assembly to raise or lower the Spare Tire.
- Remove the spare tire.
- Raise and support the vehicle.
- Remove the three bolts securing the spare tire winch to the body and then remove the winch.
