Cluster Bulb

CAUTION:
Always use the correct bulb size and type for replacement. An incorrect bulb size or type may overheat and cause damage to the instrument cluster, the electronic circuit board and/or the gauges.
NOTE:
This procedure applies to each of the incandescent cluster illumination lamp and bulb holder units.
- Align the bulb holder and bulb with the keyed opening in the circuit board of the instrument cluster. See Figure.
- Insert the bulb holder and bulb straight into the circuit board until the bulb holder is firmly seated.
- Rotate the bulb holder clockwise about thirty degrees on the circuit board to lock it into place.
- Reinstall the instrument cluster onto the instrument panel. (Refer to ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENT CLUSTER - INSTALLATION) .
- Reconnect the battery negative cable.
