Section 506 (Rack & Pinion Power Steering System): Pump: Pulley: Removal: Diesel

  1. Remove the engine cooling fan.
  2. Remove the fan shroud.
  3. Remove the serpentine drive belt.
  4. Remove the three bolts securing the pulley to the pump. See Fig 1.
