Vibration Damper: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Remove viscous cooling fan and shroud. Refer to RADIATOR - FAN - VISCOUS .
  3. Remove accessory drive belt (Refer to COOLING/ACCESSORY DRIVE/DRIVE BELTS - REMOVAL) .
  4. Remove vibration damper retaining bolts and damper. See Fig 1.
