Oil Separator: Installation

NOTE: Inspect the oil drain back access hole in the intake manifold/cylinder head cover to assure that it is free of obstruction.
  1. Lubricate the oil separator o-rings with clean engine oil. See Fig 1.
  2. Carefully position and push down on the oil separator to seat. See Fig 1.
  3. Install the oil separator retaining fasteners. Tighten fasteners to 10.8 N.m (96 lbs. in.). See Fig 1.
