Oil Pressure Sending Unit: Removal

1 - SKID PLATE
2 - BOLTS (4)
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Remove the front skid plate. See Fig 1.

    1 - OIL PAN GASKET
    2 - OIL PAN
    3 - OIL SENDING UNIT
    4 - OIL FILTER
  4. Disconnect the sending unit electrical connector.
  5. Place an oil drain under the sending unit and unscrew. See Fig 2.
